The base metal is a copper and zinc alloy and the outside is abundantly plated in sterling silver. There is no nickle or lead in our necklaces.

As of 2/1/2017 all orders received before 11AM EST will ship that same day. Typical delivery time-frame for US orders is 3-5 days, but some orders may take longer depending on your location or other external factors.

You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your payment. A tracking number will be provided when the shipment is sent. We will also send you updates via Facebook if you so choose.

The product must be returned to qualify for a refund. Orders that are lost or stolen after delivery, do not qualify for a refund. Once the product is delivered, it is the customers sole responsibility to find and return the item(s).
There are no returns on Gift Set Orders, Clothing or Custom Onesies.
YES! Shipping is non-refundable for all international orders. This means that if you return your item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
